We all live in different environments, have different lifestyles, and are born with different constitutions.
Because of this, you have different nutritional needs than everyone else. But no diet plan tells you that, right?
That’s what makes my approach so different.
My food philosophy is based on whole foods based nutrition that functionally supports your specific needs. I encourage you to eat local, clean, and sustainable foods for nutrition.
But that’s just one piece of the puzzle.
Getting healthy is not only about what you eat and how often you exercise. It’s about how you think, cope, and digest life.
My programs are designed to empower you to stop sabotaging habits and fine-tune your diet and exercise strategy so you can get calm, fit, and happy.
Most importantly, my programs are designed specifically for you. I meet you where you’re at.
Sessions are done on the phone, skype, or Google Hangouts. I have a variety of programs, including one-on-one customized sessions, and and group programs. I offer packages in personal training, health transformation coaching, and “Total Makeover Programs” where we fine-tune and coach you through diet, lifestyle, and fitness training.
The one-on-one programs are fine-tuned to help meet your goals and break through your personal challenges.
The group programs are designed to build a community of support for wellness.
In all of my programs, I teach you the tools necessary to handle stress so you can stop overeating or other self sabotaging habits, to reach your fitness goals, and to feel great in your own skin.
I also support you with diet and lifestyle changes that help balance your blood sugar levels to help you overcome fatigue, a sluggish metabolism, and inflammation.

The Lavender Mamas programs are based on four main Pearls of Wisdom:
The first pearl of the program is what, how, and when to eat. You have full permission to eat for health and not for weight-loss. Take advantage of this wonderful time to learn to eat EXACTLY what your body is telling you. We will de-construct your cravings so that you will know what your body NEEDS, and how to FULFILL those needs.
The second pearl of the program is all about how to exercise for optimal results. Regardless of what stage of life you are in, or what physical challenges you may be facing, we can help you come up with a plan that will get you the results you want without overwhelming your life.
The third pearl is what I like to call essential food, which is everything we do to nourish our souls. If you do not fulfill you own needs in life, not only will you have trouble taking good care of those who depend on you, you will find yourself feeling drained, resentful, and unhappy. Our hobbies, relationships, careers, stress-management, and spirituality are the essentials for having a life full of hope, joy, and fulfillment.
The fourth pearl is tuning in, and it is what gets you in touch with your innate wisdom and strengthens the other pearls. It starts as an exercise, matures into a practice, and can easily become a way of life. Through tuning in, you will learn to quiet your mind, listen deeply, and create a solid habit of staying in tune with yourself.
Out of all the programs out there for women, few combine these four pearls to create a complete and holistic program to meet all of your needs. There are personal trainers who will teach you how to exercise safely, nutritionists who will teach you how to eat, and coaches to teach you how to get your life values in alignment with your actions, but few combine all three crucial elements together in a comprehensive program based on traditional wisdom as well as scientific knowledge.
